For those who live near the beach as me or near a park, the location of the walk is not a problem. I think about the people who live in places of heavy traffic. The way is to take a bus or car and go walking in another place. Walking while breathing polluted air is not good. We must be careful also with very isolated and dangerous places.
And when the weather doesn’t help? Rain, very hot or cold days. In this case, it is best to walk using a treadmill at home or in a gym.
There is an important part of walking or other exercise I like to consider. It is coming into contact with our limits. It is always best to consult a doctor and a professional before we engage in any exercise. We have to start walking slowly and slightly and increase the pace and distance as we gain conditioning. If we don't do some stretching before walk, it is possible that we will feel pain or cramps.
What about walking alone or together? Although it is great to have the company of someone, each person has their own pace. If you have to walk too fast or too slow to track the pitch of your friend, then it is better to walk alone.
